- June 1, 2008, “Interim Agreement on Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement in Manitoba” which has terminated in accordance with its own terms.
- June 4, 2007 letter from the Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mines for the Province of Manitoba to Daniel P. Skaar, President of the Midwest Reliability Organization and David N. Cook, Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, superseded by the September 20, 2012 letter referenced above.
