The NERC Board of Trustees approved the dissolution of the Market Committee and directed the President to continue to work with the Technical Steering Committee to ensure coordination with the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) and its subgroups, taking into account the additional recommendations offered by the Market Committee Executive Committee and others for enhancing coordination between NERC and NAESB.
