In accordance with the NERC By-Laws, the purpose of the Personnel Certification Governance Committee shall be to provide oversight to the policies and processes used to implement and maintain the integrity and independence of the Corporation’s System Operator Certification Program. The governance authority and structure of the Personnel Certification Governance Committee shall be implemented and maintained so that policies and procedures are established to protect against undue influence that could compromise the integrity of the System Operator Certification process.
