It is designed to ingest daily data files, with one record for each one-minute period average (each record has the hour and minute, followed by the ACE and frequency deviation from schedule). Includes instructions and sample info. Also generates the CPS-1 Form for submitting data to NERC (through the regional Resources Subcommittee representative).
