The draft standards have
been developed and are pending a field test.
The field test is planned to begin when the NERC organization
certification program is staffed.
Purpose/Industry Need:
To ensure that each entity that wants to be recognized as a reliability
coordinator has the capability of performing the responsibilities
assigned to the reliability coordinator function.
