Status:
The initial ballot did not achieve a quorum and the project may be
withdrawn.
Purpose/Industry Need:
The United States Department of Energy (DOE) recently superseded form
EIA-417 with OE-417. The
Attachments to EOP-004-0 Disturbance Reporting include reference and
text from EIA-417 as well as mirroring some of the reporting
requirements included in EIA-417. The standard needs to be modified to
reflect the new DOE OE-417.
