Purpose/Industry Need:
This SAR and associated proposed Violation Severity
Levels supports changes to TOP-004-1 requirements that were approved as
part of the FAC-010-1, FAC-011-1, and FAC-014-1 project in 2006.
TOP-004-2 is proposed to take effect on January 1, 2009.
Changes proposed to the Violation Severity Level
language for Requirements R3, R6 consistent with changes approved for
TOP-004-2.
