NERC's Fifth Annual Human Performance Conference and Workshops Begin in Atlanta
ATLANTA – Improving individual and organizational performance on the bulk power system are the topics highlighted at NERC’s fifth annual human performance conference and workshops. The conference, which began March 29, focuses on industry best practices and brings together sector-specific subject matter experts and stakeholders for an idea sharing, cooperative forum.
The conference – Improving Human Performance on the Grid – began with a full day of workshops covering cause analysis and human performance. Conference participants were able to choose from four different sessions covering topics ranging from “NERC Cause Analysis” and “Evolving from Prediction and Adaption” to “What Do We Do Now?” and “A New Introduction to Human Performance Improvement.”
