Quarterly Compliance Reports

NERC is committed to making the results of the NERC and regional council compliance enforcement programs transparent.  Such transparency is vital if the industry stakeholders, regulators, and the public are to have confidence that the electricity industry is doing all that is necessary to ensure a reliability in North America.  Each region must report quarterly to NERC all violations of NERC and regional reliability council standards.  These quarterly reports are posted below in accordance with the NERC Guidelines for Reporting and Disclosure.
