URGENT ACTION - Inadvertent Interchange - BAL-006-1

Status
A Ballot Pool approved the Urgent Action SPP Regional Difference to BAL-006 on April 26, 2006.  The standard has been sent to the NERC Board of Trustees for adoption on May 2, 2006.

Purpose/Industry Need
SPP is requesting a regional difference from certain Inadvertent Accounting requirements in order to implement their proposed Energy Imbalance Service market as filed with FERC. The regional difference will allow SPP to remove financially settled inadvertent from the appropriate balancing authority balances.
