The Member Representatives Committee (MRC) will meet for a Pre-Meeting and Informational Session Webinar to preview the proposed agenda topics for the MRC, Board of Trustees (Board) and Board Committee meetings scheduled for May 10-11, 2023 in Washington, D.C. The meetings will be conducted in a hybrid format. All OBSERVERS will attend virtually, only Board of Trustees and Member Representatives Committee members will attend in-person at NERC’s Washington, DC office. During this call/webinar, NERC staff will also provide informational updates on ERO initiatives that are of interest to the MRC and other stakeholders. An agenda for this combined call/webinar will be distributed in advance of this session.
