The Electric Reliability Enterprise (ERO) Enterprise Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP) Implementation Plan (IP) is the annual operating plan used by Compliance Enforcement Authorities (CEAs) while performing their responsibilities and duties. CEAs, which consist of NERC and the seven Regional Entities (REs), execute CMEP activities in accordance with the NERC Rules of Procedure (ROP) (including Appendix 4C), their respective Regional Delegation Agreements, and other agreements with Canadian regulatory authorities.
The purpose of this webinar is to provide information on the compliance monitoring and enforcement activities that the ERO Enterprise will conduct for 2019, and we will discuss ERO's Risk-based Compliance Oversight Framework, Risk Elements, and other Implementation Plan highlights.
