WASHINGTON, D.C. – NERC and Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) staff will join international electric power and energy experts at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ (IEEE) Power & Energy Society (PES) General Meeting taking place July 27–31 in Austin. The meeting, “Achieving Deep Decarbonization in the Electric Power System,” will provide a forum for industry experts to share and discuss the latest issues and developments in power system design and improvements in equipment performance.
The following staff members, who are active in IEEE-PES committees, subcommittees, and working groups concentrating on the technical contributions to the reliable operation of the bulk power system, are participating as conference panelists and authors and co-authors of peer-reviewed technical papers:
