WASHINGTON, D.C. – Jim Robb, NERC
president and CEO, briefed the Joint Federal-State Task Force on Electric
Transmission on the physical security of the transmission system today. Robb
was joined by Puesh Kumar, director, Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security,
and Emergency Response, of the Department of Energy. The task force is
comprised of all the FERC commissioners and 10 state commissioner
representatives.
