Review and Drafting Team Vacancies

Additional subject matter experts are occasionally sought for project review and drafting teams. Participation on these teams provides stakeholders an excellent opportunity to become familiar with the standards development process, play a pivotal role in improving electric reliability, and interact with industry peers.

Industry stakeholders can nominate themselves or others for consideration by the Standards Committee. By submitting a nomination for a review or drafting team, you are indicating your willingness and agreement to actively participate in the standards development process and in team meetings. If appointed by the Standards Committee, you are expected to attend most of the face-to-face meetings as well as participate in the meetings held via conference call.

The Standard Processes Manual provides more information on the process and review/drafting team participation.

Previous review or drafting team experience is beneficial, but not required. A brief description of the desired qualifications, expected commitment, and other pertinent information is included on the project page and the nomination form, which can be accessed via the links below.
