The NERC Methods for Establishing IROLs Task Force (MEITF) was formed to support the NERC Project 2015-09 Standard Drafting Team, specifically related to activities involving the establishment of IROLs. The NERC MEITF has developed a NERC Reliability Guideline and explored various aspects of establishing IROLs. This webinar will share the group's key findings, takeaways, and recommendations from the work completed over the past year. The webinar is intended to be informational in nature, and will discuss the technical aspects of studying instability, uncontrolled separation, and cascading.
